Raybel Travel was born from a simple passion: our love for traveling and, above all, our deep affection for Japan.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Ray and Bella, our story began back in university, when travel was a shared curiosity that soon became a lifelong pursuit. Having lived in Sydney, London, and Shanghai, we explored nearby cities and over 25 countries together, yet one destination kept calling us back: Japan. Each visit deepened our admiration for its culture, people, and quiet beauty.

Since 2022, Raybel Travel has been dedicated to curating bespoke Japan itineraries with care and attention to detail. We believe in meaningful travel — journeys that are stress-free, immersive, and supportive of local communities. Each itinerary is personal and thoughtful, crafted to let travelers experience Japan beyond the surface, through authentic encounters, local connections, and a pace that allows you to truly feel the destination.

Our logo features two cats, Ray and Bel, a playful reflection of our names and spirit. Cats have always been a big part of our story (Isabella is, admittedly, a bit of a cat lady who has rescued more than 30). They represent curiosity, companionship, and our shared adventure to “conquer the world together,” one journey at a time.
